二、使用方法

       選擇檔位開(kāi)關(guān)：

          1檔：紙箱、瓦楞紙板

          2檔：50克以下紙張、漿板紙等

          3檔：瓦楞紙、書寫紙、牛皮紙、箱板紙

          4檔：新聞紙、白板紙、涂布紙

          5檔：銅版紙、復(fù)印紙、傳真紙

         由于紙張結(jié)構(gòu)不同，其介電系數(shù)亦不同；以上檔位為建議檔位，如有誤差，請(qǐng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比校驗(yàn)。如：測(cè)量某一已知水分為8%的紙張，調(diào)整檔位開(kāi)關(guān)為4檔時(shí)，所測(cè)數(shù)字顯示為08.0，則以后再測(cè)量同類紙張時(shí)應(yīng)將檔位選為4檔。

三、注意事項(xiàng)

 1、由于KT-50型紙張水分儀電磁波穿透深度達(dá)50mm，所以測(cè)量紙張的平均水分時(shí)，要求被測(cè)紙張或紙箱疊加厚度不得小于50mm。

2、如儀表開(kāi)機(jī)后顯示不在00.0±00.5范圍以內(nèi)，請(qǐng)將電池后蓋打開(kāi)取出電池，在電池盒內(nèi)側(cè)有一零位調(diào)節(jié)器。正值不到零位，逆時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)；反之，順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)。

3、由于本紙張水分儀采用電磁波感應(yīng)方式進(jìn)行測(cè)量，測(cè)量時(shí)儀器周圍或底部不得有金屬物或其它感應(yīng)物，否則會(huì)對(duì)測(cè)量精度有所影響。

Introduction 

  The electronic meter allows the measurement of the moisture in the paper in the size 120×60×26mm and the weight of 150g.It is a battery-operated pin instrument,fully transistorized and operates on a pure dielectric constant measurement with HF(High Frequency) waves.The method of measurement is based on a balance system,which measures the DK-value(dielectric-value) of the moist material,after precious deduction of the DK-value of the dry material and thus the pure moisture content is indicated.

FEATURES

  KT-50 paper moisture meter produced by Italy KLORTNER company permits to measure the moisture content of many kinds of paper products ranging from 50 to 500g/m²,quickly by simply contacting and eliminate paper damage.

  The precise dielectric constant measurement with HF waves can get the moisture content of the depth of 50mm at most.

  After being used for 40 seconds,KT-50 moisture meter will automatically turn off to retrench the power supply for protecting itself.

  KT-50 paper moisture meter will remind you of low voltage as well.

APPLICATION

Before measuring,get a right selector according to the paper species table or paper density.

With the sensor of KT-50 touching nothing,press“ON”button.Turn carefully“ZERO”button in the battery cover,till the readings on the screen is between 00.0±00.5.

With the sensor of the meter,touch the wood to be measured fully.As soon as the meter is in touch with the paper surface,the moisture content is indicated.

NOTICE

The paper to be measured should be bigger than the sensor of the meter.

Nothing else can be placed under the paper to be measured,otherwise the measurement will be inaccuracy.

If the thickness of the material to be measured is lower than 50 mm,to avoid wrong readings,it is sufficient to hold the items without its bottom touching anyting.
